: Please write a Sterling cheque out for the £5.00 joining fee and make it payable to SCORE. On the reverse side of the cheque please write your full name and postal address. Send this to SCORE Membership with your completed application form. You will then receive a SCORE Welcome Pack.
Bank transfer: Pay to the Bank Account using the details below, and email membership@score.org.uk, enclosing the completed Membership Form and stating to which bank the fee has been paid. Once our account has been credited, your SCORE Welcome Pack will be sent.
