Download & Email Download an Application Form (see below). Complete it on your computer then email to SCORE as attachment. membership@score.org.uk Pay by bank transfer or PayPal.	Download & Post Download and print off an Application Form (see below). Complete the form then post with cheque.	Write & Post Request a SCORE Introduction Pack. Complete the form then post with cheque. Alternatively PayPal or Bank Transfer if you are online.	Phone & Post Request a SCORE Introduction Pack. +44 (0) 1534 789817 (Not Saturdays, generally OK otherwise) Complete the form then post with cheque.
