New E111 required

This appears to have been around for a couple of months but it's the first I've heard of it. Anyone planning a trip in the near future might benefit.

New E111 forms are required from Jan2005, and they'll be replaced by some form of card at the end of 2005 (sounds a pretty efficient bit of bureaucracy to me, as usual ).

You can download a form to fill in directly from the website, and just pop into the post office to get it stamped.

Did know about it but had forgotten, Just downloaded the PDF version.
Believe the new form for the year is to give all Europe time to get in line, but heaven's knows why I couldn't have kept using the one I've been using for the last 20 years
