A new Suzuki ?

Postby Marcel Spoelstra » Thu May 30, 2002 22:22

Dear Cappo lovers,

Naturally there is nothing better than a Cappuccino.

But Suzuki made several nice (prototype) sportscars.

Test your car knowledge.

What is this ?

My mistake. It's a middle class English household with a middle class Dutch guest. :?

Adrian

PS: For those who don't know, I live in middle class Farnborough, and have a Saab in addition to the Cappo.

Please tell me what it is

Postby Marcel Spoelstra » Fri May 31, 2002 22:21

For those people who choose the last option, "it is not a Suzuki".
Please tell me what do you think it is. :?

Silver colour

Postby Marcel Spoelstra » Sat Jun 01, 2002 22:43

Alex,
Can it be "quick-silver" ? Maybe an idea to spray the blue car also silver like the famous German Gullwing SL 300. Remember all great German cars are fast and silver. :D

Marcel,
I have a quiksilver sweat shirt - does that help?

Alex

PS
What came first: Mercury Silver or Satellite Silver?

Yeah, but a Cara is effectively a Mazda AZ-1 isnt' it?
(but with fog lights as matthew said!)

That would explain why my mate swore he saw a AZ-1 around adelaide badged as a suzuki i guess!

Badge engineering?

Postby Marcel Spoelstra » Sun Jun 02, 2002 08:00

Don't look on the badge. The AZ-1 is also sold as Autosam, Mazda Speed etc. But what really counts is what is under the bonnet. And guess what the source of the mechanical parts is..... :?

AZ-1

Postby Fatmir Cukovic » Tue Jul 02, 2002 07:33

I have never seen one on the road!! But I agree, they are no match for the sport performance based Cappo!!

They should have a get together at Sandown for all these small sport's cars!!

What do you recon!

Cara Handling

Postby Marcel Spoelstra » Wed Jul 03, 2002 13:32

Dear Cappo lovers,
It is hard to believe but the Cara (AZ-1) drives better than a Cappo :? Read more about this in our coming magazine The Latest Score. I have to admit that the looks of the Cappo appeals to everybody. Instead the Cara has a bit more controversial look. 8O But I don't care I like both of them. The Cara is even more rare. It is the only car in Europe!!
