Mine was so easy it didn't really need this but we should always state the format of the answer in the usual way

so mine should have been

Call out about tea, it must be milky (7)

Hehe missed that unobtrusive edit completely.
You know the answer Ed?
I'll give it some thought now unless you've already got it.

I'm afraid I don't - never really got into the times crossword - A long time ago i used to help my mum with the yorkshire post crosswords but thats as far as i go really. You need to spend a fair amount of time getting to know a particular setters style and conventions and i've never bothered. On top of that i just don't buy newspapers, between the bbc news sites and my daily email from them and the half dozen 24 hour news channels at home I never bother. I've got fairly disillusioned with them any way, there's far too much comment and opinion from highly biased viewpoints and its increasingly difficult to drag the facts out of any paper thats published. The only one i have any time at all for is the IHT which is short concise to the point and factual with a low op-ed count and, for a US based paper, remarkably unbiased and world centric.

hmmm that was probably a longer answer than you'd anticipated.

Short answer: no.
