Fully synthetic oils are to be preferred, because they do not degrade appreciably over time, which is handy for Cappos which do a low annual mileage, allowing one to stretch the change interval.
For the gearbox, use Castrol Syntrans Multivehicle 75w-90 GL4. It is excellent for curing the notorious notchy/grinding change into 2nd gear.
For the differential, use Castrol Syntrax Longlife 75w-90 GL5, unless you have an LSD.
