Thumbnail Creation

Following a php upgrade earlier this year a bug was introduced whereby the thumbnails that are automatically generated in the Photo Albums were not being generated correctly and therefore it was sometimes difficult to see what the image was. This has now been corrected and the thumbnails should look much better and more like the earlier photos in the Photo Album.
