Mystery hubcap car emblem

Can anyone help - I have been trying to find out the brand of car this hubcap belongs to for over a year LOL. http://i.imgur.com/xelV7.jpg

Solved - Australian Chrysler Regal/Ranger and US Plymouth Valiant around 1970. Very rare and almost no pictures on the net to find:
