On Thursday's topless Cappo 'experience' the sun shone all day and in addition to the sound and feel of the Cappo there were loads of quirky little names to add piquancy to another terrific freewheeling day.
Look at this list of places I drove though or saw signs to:
Nailsworth
Dunkirk
Petty France
Old Sodbury
Pennsylvania
Box
Pickwick
Wick
Bath
What unusual or duplicate place names does your Cappo see?
But maybe the quirkiest moment was when I took my son for a bomb around. After we'd seen Brunel's fabulous Box tunnel - we climbed up the hill and he pointed to a big house off to the left - a lovely house in a lovely setting. "That's Peter Gabriel's house" he said.
I leaned forward and pressed the ON switch on the tape player "That's Peter Gabriel" I said! So we crested the hill with the sounds of 'Secret World' coming from the open-topped Cappo wafting down to the studio where it was produced! A nice touch I thought.
Oh and the SCORE Cappuccino baseball cap passes the topless test with flying colours.
(Thanks for dropping it off Brendan)
