Organisers of SCORE events should ensure that they:
- Advertise all club events in the Events forum
- Ask the webmaster to create in advance a Public Album for the event.
- Make an entry in the Calendar (details here)
- Advertise details of changes or cancellation
- Move expired events to the Events Archive.
If in doubt whether an event qualifies for an entry in the Events forum (and Calendar), please ask a member of the Steering Group by PM or email.
Organisers are also reminded of the need to advertise their events by other means as not all members have internet access. The main options are:
- By post to Regional membership
- By post to adjacent Regions (out of courtesy, please contact adjacent Regional Reps first).
