air conditioning compressor id

Postby Timothy North » Sun Aug 19, 2018 20:50

Does anyone know themake and model of the air conditioning compressor for the UK spec Cappuccino?

Mine is very noisy despite allegedly having been overhauled. I would like to replace with a reasonably priced one. £1000 from Suzuki is out of court.

I don't want to disable the car just to get any details which may be on the compressor but hidden from view.

Many thanks in anticipation.

According to this site it's a SEIKO SEIKI SS10LV Pulley 1A

I've noticed that the SS10LV is also used on the Grand Vitara with a different pulley, but I daresay the pulleys can be swapped.

You're welcome. If you do manage to source it, please post the details in case others have the same problem.
