Tyres.

Postby Lisa Balsom » Thu Apr 28, 2016 10:43

Sorry in advance as this has probably been done to death but I am needing a new set of tyres for my Cappo.

The car currently has Yokohama A539s on it.
These are good tyres but one problem we have had is that they do need to be worked and warmed up before you get their full grip which can be a bit of a pain if you don't feel like driving the car hard.

Ideally I'd like a performance tyre that has plenty of grip but other than going for the A539s again, I don't know what to go for.

What do you guys use?

Thanks.

I have Goodyear Eagle F1s, but last time I looked they had stopped doing that size. If you can get them, go for them.

Thanks for the help.

Decided to go with A539s again.
